Day – 1 Yangon Sightseeing

Arrive at Yangon International airport, meet English-speaking guide. Transfer to check in hotel. Lunch Break, start sightseeing of Yangon city center, such as Sule Pagoda, City Hall, High Court, Independence monument, where you can see the bustling life of the city. Then proceed to the well-known Bogyoke (Scott) market – famous market of Yangon and visit the most spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda for day break sunset. Overnight in Yangon.
Remarks: Bogyoke (Scott) Market, National Museum are closed on every Monday and Government holidays.

Day – 2 Yangon – Nyaung U by Flight

Morning transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan. On arrival, welcomed by English Speaking guide, start the excursion around the Bagan Archaeological Zone Heritage area and begin a comprehensive tour of Bagan including; visit to the interesting local Nyaung Oo market where you can buy some cotton clothing or local woven fabrics and souvenirs. Shwe Zi Gon; completed in 1084, noted for its glazed plaques depicting scenes from the Jatakas the prototype of later Myanmar stupas. Wet Kyi Inn Gubyaukgyi Temple; the biggest and the finest brickworks temple in Bagan. The majestic Htilominlo Temple; built in 1211 AD and one of the largest temple, noted for its fine plaster carving on the arch pediments and friezes. In the afternoon, after a visit to lacquer ware workshops; continue to Manuha Temple built by exile King Manuha. Ananda Temple, 1090 AD, a masterpiece of early period temple architecture with four huge standing Buddha Images. Overnight at hotel Bagan.

Day – 3 Bagan Sightseeing

In the early morning (5:30-6:00 am), you will be picked up at the hotel to take the hot air balloon over Old Bagan then back to the hotel. Continue with a visit to the colorful and lively market of Nyaung U. This market remains very authentic with its wide variety of goods namely vegetables, meats, crafts and clothes. Back to Bagan, then transfer to Min Nan Thu village and Phwa Saw village under huge lots of green and shady trees, which are well-noted for the traditional crafts of oxcart wheel-making and lacquer ware, two of the best-known handicrafts of Myanmar. You will stop at a family lacquer ware workshop to watch their producing process. Be welcomed by the craftsman’s family, have a friendly chat with the local artisans who are creating striking items.Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day – 4 Cruise Bagan – Mandalay

After morning breakfast, free time by your own around the hotel, then the driver will pick up you at your hotel, then transfer you at Bagan Aye Yar Jetty. The embarkation time is 11.30 hrs at Bagan Aye Yar jetty and cast off after half an hour. Welcome Cocktail and briefing in the Saloon or Sundeck followed by Lunch. In the late afternoon stop in a typical river village. (L / D / Puppet Show)

Day – 5 YANDABO

Cruise all day with stop enroute in the morning to visit Yandabo, a typical river village specializing in Pot-Making, where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed on Feb. 24, 1826. We visit the Pot workshops and the monastery.
Moor overnight nearby a village (Ywar Thit Gyi or Pauk Myaing Pauk Taw) few miles away from Ava Bridge.

Day – 6 Mandalay – Amarapura sightseeing

Enjoy the sunrise. After an early breakfast, the passengers will disembark at Gawein jetty at around 09.30hrs. Welcomed by English Speaking guide, begin the day tour with Amarapura sightseeing, the City of immortality for visits to Bagaya monastery with a famous collection of Buddha images, local weaving cottage industry of traditional cotton cloth. Then proceed to U Bein teak bridge on the Taungthaman Lake. Visit to Maha Ganda Yone monastery; observe the lunch process of thousands of monks who take their last meal of the day in total silence. Then proceed to Mandalay and check in at the hotel. After refreshment, sightseeing tour of Mandalay; Maha Myat Muni Bronze Buddha Image, Mandalay, the last royal capital of Myanmar is the best place to see all the traditional arts and crafts. You will visit gold-leaf making work places and see how the gold-leaf is being made by hand in the traditional way. Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the world’s largest book for its 729 marble slabs inscribed with the Buddha’s Dhamma or Doctrine. Golden Palace Monastery, noted for its exquisite wood carvings. Overnight at hotel Mandalay.

Day – 7 Mandalay – Heho by Flight

After breakfast, transfer to Mandalay airport, fly to Heho. Arrive at Heho airport, welcomed by English speaking guide, drive to Kalaw where there are still plenty of examples of Asian architecture in and around there. An interesting example is the Hnee Phaya, which is an old and highly revered pagoda featuring a Buddha image made from woven strips of bamboo. Also, worth visiting is the Shweumin Pagoda, which is built inside a natural limestone cave. There are a number of Buddha images inside the cave that were commissioned by King Narapataesithu, overnight at hotel in Kalaw.

Day – 8 Inle Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive from Kalaw to Nyaung Shwe hotel in Inle. Explore the beautiful landscape floating market, floating gardens, conical fishing method, visit to the local crafts of Inle Lake such as the weaving village of Inpawkhone and other handicraft villages nearby, then famous Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, Nga Phe Kyaung monastery - a beautiful collection of antique Buddha statues, Silver smith designs of Inlay by boat. Overnight in Inle.

Day – 9 Inaing Sightseeing

After breakfast, Inle Lake sightseeing today with a memorable visit to Indain village with its idyllic 17th century pagodas. To reach Indain and the nearby village we will take a boat ride up a small scenic creek that runs into Inle lake Lake, passing villages and water buffalo bathing in the creek as we traverse small ‘dams’ built to slow the flow of water. A few Indain pagodas are being restored but most of them still lie in an abandoned ‘Indiana Jones’ type setting. To reach there, travel up a scenic creek in your boat. Later we will visit more local crafts on the lake. Overnight in Inle.

Day – 10 Heho – Thandwe by Flight

After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Ngapali. On arrival, pick up and transfer to hotel. Free time for the beaches. Overnight in Ngapali.

Day – 11 Ngapali

Rest and leisure time at Ngapali beach. Overnight at hotel in Ngapali beach.

Day – 12 Ngapali

Rest and leisure time at Ngapali beach. Overnight at hotel in Ngapali beach.

Day – 13 Ngapali

After breakfast at hotel, leisure time to pursue individual interest until lunch. Transfer to Thandwe airport fly back to Yangon by evening flight.

Day – 14 Departure

After breakfast at hotel, leisure time to pursue individual interest until lunch. Transfer to the airport for departure flight from Yangon.
