Yangon-Heho-KalawTrekking-Inle Lake-Yangon
(6 Days – 5 Nights) Tour Program
Day 1 Arrive Yangon (-/-/-)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Welcome by our tour guide. Transfer to
hotel. Yangon sightseeing tour includes the old colonial style city center with
the gilded Sule Pagoda, dating back over 2,000 years; Bogyoke (Scotts) Market
with hundreds of stores and gems shops. The tour continues to Chaukhtatgyi, a
huge reclining Buddha image; extended visit to Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the
world’s most spectacular religious monuments, and the golden dome of Shwedagon
Pagoda rises 98 meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold.
Will conclude the tour of this picturesque garden city. Overnight at Central
Hotel (Deluxe room), in Yangon.
Day 2 Yangon-Heho by flight (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Heho. Arrive Heho
airport. Welcome at Heho airport and transfer to Tha Yet Pu (Pao) village by car
- driving hours (20 min:). Leave the car at Tha Yet Pu village (the car may go
ahead to your Hotel with yo ur luggage) and go to Kan Par Ni Village(Danu tribes)
on foot which takes about one hour. On the way, you can see the lovely view of
the potato, ginger, rice and wheat fields etc.. In Kan Par Ni Village, one can
watch the black smith and pottery work-shops for about one hour. Afterwards,
continue to Sue Pan Inn Village on foot to see the works of the black smiths for
one hour. Lunch at Sue Pan Inn Village. After lunch, proceed to Kyauk Ta Kar
Village at Danu on foot. And then another hour’s walk will reach War Gyi Hmyaung
Village. Whole day walking hours is about 5 hrs. Overnight at War Gyi Hmyaung
Village.
Day 3 Wah Gyi Hmyaung-Khaung Dine (B/-/-)
After breakfast, depart from War Gyi Hmyaung Village about 8:00 a.m. and then 1½
hrs.’ walk to Ya e Chan Sin Village, crossing the rice fields. On the way, you
can also visit some houses or monasteries. You can see many types of bamboo
around the village. Then you walk up to the mountain for about one hour. From
the top, you can see the view of the lake. Then climb down to Khaung Dine for
about 2 hours, cross a little forest and some fruit gardens (mango, bean, etc.).
Walking hours is totally 4 and half hours. Our boat will be waiting at Khaung
Dine Village and will take you to your hotel. Overnight at Paramount Inle Resort
(Superior room), in Inle Lake.
Day 4 Inle Lake (B/-/-)
After breakfast, visit a floating garden (and floating Maket if there is a
market d ay), continue to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, one of the main principle shrines
of Myanmar dating back to the 18th century; the Nga Phe Chaung Monastery, famous
for its jumping cats trained by the monks and the weaving village of Inpawkhon.
Finally, discover the walks of life of the Inn Tha people who live on the lake.
Overnight at Paramount Inle Resort (Superior room), in Inle Lake.
Day 5 Heho-Yangon by flight (B/-/-)
After breakfast, fly back to Yangon. Transfer to hotel and a short sightseeing
visit to Botataung Pagoda, Nan Thida Jetty, Sule Pagoda in Yangon City.
Overnight at Central Hotel (Deluxe room), in Yangon.
Day 6 Departure (B/-/-)
Time at leisure to pursue individual interests until your transfer
to the airport. Your guide will pick you up at the hotel and
accompany you to the airport. Departure from Yangon
