Day 01 Arrive YangonArrive at Yangon
Airport, after clearing customs and immigration formalities welcome by our guide and transfer to the hotel. Spend the night at hotel in
Yangon.Day 02 Yangon - Mandalay [ By Flight ]Fly to Mandalay and transfer to hotel for check-in. Sightseeing tour in
Mandalay including Mahamuni Pagoda, with its spectaculat Buddha image
covered with thick layers of gold leaves, Shwe Inbin, one of the most
outstanding monasteries in the country, Shwe Nan Daw Kyaung or Golden Palace
Monastery, a superb example of a traditional wooden building, Kuthodaw
Pagoda, known as the World Biggest Book for its 729 stone slabs of Buddhist
Scriptures. A visit is also made to a jetty to observe daily life at the
river and to a craftsmen's workshop to see Kalaga tapestries being created.
Then visit to Mandalay hill, advantage-point for panoramic view of the city.
Spend the night at hotel in Mandalay.Day 03 Mandalay - Pyin Oo Lwin [May Myo]After breakfast, drive [80 km 2 hrs] on a scenic route to the cool hill
station of Pyin Oo Lwin [May Myo], with its lovely lake and waterfalls,
botanical garden and colonial buildings. Visit to Peik Chin Myaung Caves,
since ancient times a Buddhist shrine and proceed to Pwe Kauk Waterfalls, a
favorite picnic spot for local people. Return to Mandalay, overnight at
hotel in Mandalay.Day 04 Mandalay - Bagan [ By Flight ]After breakfast fly to Bagan and transfer to hotel for check-in, visit the
site of Tayokepyay Temple in Min Nan Thu Village. Paya Thone Zu and
Nandamanya Temple noted for exquisite murals of 13th century and Kyat Kan
Cave Monastery, a famous meditation center in Bagan. Visit farming village
around Bagan excursion to the nostalgic Nat Htaung Kyaung, a wooden
monastery built in 1781 by a group of monks, famous for woodcarvings, a
collection of ancient Buddha statues and lacquer boxes. Overnight at hotel
in Bagan
Day 05 BaganAfter breakfast, stroll through the colorful local market continue the day
with visits to the most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan including
Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a
religious shrine; Ku Bkyauk Gyi, a temple with superb murals of Jataka
scenes; Khay Min Ga Temple, noted for its panoramic view of the area's
numerous monuments and Ananda Temple, with four standing Buddha images. In
the afternoon, visit one of Myanmar's most treasured handicrafts, a
lacquerware craftsmen's workshop in nearby Myinkaba village. You will
continue to Munuha Temple, builds in the Mon-style in 1059 and follow on to
Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of
King Manuha. Next you will explore the Myingaba Gu Byaukgyi Temple, a temple
noteworthy for its mural paintings under the protection of Unesco. Proceed
to Bupaya Pagoda or Mingalazedi Stupa to watch the sunset over the famous
Ayeyarwaddy River. Spend the night at hotel in Bagan.Day 06 Bagan
- Sale - Mt.PopaIn the morning, excursion to Salay, which is famous for its “Yokeson
Monastery”. The monastery is unique for its wood curving and then visit to
the Buddha Image made of lacquerware. Afternoon,proceed the way to Mt.Popa,
an extinct volcano with spectacular views. Its shrine is dedicated to
animist spirits known as "Nats" and you will have time to cling the 777
steps to the shrine at the top the peak. Spend the night at Mt.Popa.
Day 07 Mt.Popa - KalawMorning drive to Kalaw, the journey continues on a narrow, winding and bumpy
road through the Shan Hills. In the late afternoon you will reach Kalaw, a
fresh and delightful hill station, on the rim of the Shan Plateau, which is
a market center for ethnic minorities from surrounding regions. Spend the
night at hotel in Kalaw.Day 08 Kalaw TrekkingAfter breakfast, Kalaw trekking. Spend the night at hotel in Kalaw.
Day 09 Kalaw - Pindaya - Inle LakeAfter breakfast, drive to Pindaya [48 km - 1 hours ] to the small quiet town
of Pindaya, where sightseeing highlights include the Pindaya Caves, unique
for the thousands of Buddha images placed there by pilgrims over many
centuries. Proceed by road to Nyaung Shwe [95 km - 2 hrs ]. Arrive and
transfer to hotel for check- in. Spend the night at hotel in Nyaung Shwe.
Day 10 InlayInlay lake sightseeing - Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, wonderful floating gardens,
floating market natives’ method of fishing and village life on the lake.
Spend the night at Hotel in Inlay.Day 11 Inlay - Taunggyi - Heho
- Kyaing Tong [ By Flight ]After breakfast, excursion to Taunggyi, the capital of Shan State. Visit the
local market, “Shan State Museum” and the “Sutaungpye Pagoda”. Then,
transfer to Heho Airport for the flight to Kyaing Tong. Upon arrival in
Kyaing Tong, transfer and check in the Hotel. Take the coach about 45
minutes, then treeking about 20 minutes to “Akha village” and then proceed
to waterfall and come back to Kyaing Tong. Spend the night accommodation at
the hotel in Kyaing Tong.Day 12 Kyaing Tong [ Treeking ]Morning, visit to Buffalo market [if there is]. Then take the coach about 45
minutes and trek about 1:30 hours to arrive Akha village. Here, you can
visit to their houses, make a chit-chat with them, enjoying in the village.
In afternoon, come back to the vehicle to go Palaung village, Lahu village,
Wa village and finally to the hot spring. Spend the night at the Hotel in
Kyaing Tong.Day 13 Kyaing Tong [ Motorbikes ]Excurssion by motorbikes. After 45 minutes riding , it will arrive the Akaha
village, visit the Shan tribes: totally about 40 houses. Then, walking
through the forest by passing the streams, small water falls, crossing over
the suspension bridge, at last arrive the village of Lishaw about 20 houses
are residing there. Now, take motorbikes about 1:30 hours to arrive the
village where Kachin, Lahu and Akha are living. After that, proceed to Lahu
village where the people wearing long white blouses of Lahu are setting
about 6 houses. Come back and overnight at the Hotel in Kyaing Tong.
Day 14 Kyaing Tong - Tarchileik [ By Flight ]In the morning, visit to the Central market and then transfer to the airport
for the flight to Tarchileik. Upon arrival in Tarchileik, transfer to the
hotel. Sightseeing around Tarchileik and over night accommodation at the
hotel in Tarchileik.Day 15 TarchileikSightseeing in Tarchileik. Spend the night accommodation at the hotel in
Tarchileik.Day 16 DepartureFly to Mesai [ Thailand ]
