Inle Lake; ringed with mountain ranges that disappear into the far mists in hues of purple and blue, the lake is a haven for waterfowl and other birds, some of which are endangered species. This vast, beautiful and picturesque Lake, sheltered among the hazy blue mountains of 1524 meters, stretches 22.4km long and 10.2km wide. It is the second larges lake in Myanmar. This lake itself is about 900meters above sea level and studded with floating gardens.

• The lake is famous for its unique one-leg rowers, floating villages and colorful markets. Ywama is the site of floating gardens

•  Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, one of the main principle shrines in Myanmar and dating back to the 18^th century

•  Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery, famous for its jumping cats trained by monks

•  Sliver smith factory, Cheroot making factory, Boat making carpentry workshop

• Weaving village of Inpawkhon : Inle silk is quite popular in Myanmar and silk-weaving and hand-looms can be seen at Inpaw-Khon village

• Intha-fisherman rowing with their legs. Fishing canoes using special methods for fishing and collecting seaweed, lakebed mud etc to make floating gardens.  

After breakfast at hotel, you have to chance to study more the life style of leg-rowing Intha people. Enjoy a boat tour to Indein. Stay overnight in Prstine Lotus Spa Resort (Inle Lotus Villa room).
